Avocado Chutney
My family loves Idli, which to me is easy, but making chutney that everyone likes could be challenging as the same usual varieties of chutney - coconut, peanut and tomato - get boring after a while no matter how tasty they are. I started looking for new chutney recipes to avoid this with my kids and at last was able to get this recipe from my aunt in India. My kids love this chutney because it is filling but most of all because it’s very delectable. I hope you enjoy it!

Tips & Tricks
Once done, you can add fresh onions but its optional.
Instead of curd, you can also use lemon juice as required.
I have also tried replacing curd with tomatillos and found this variation to be delicious. Add the roughly chopped tomatillos while frying the onions and ensure they cook until they turn mushy.
