Pesarattu

For as long as I can remember, pesarattu has been my favorite dosa variety. As a kid, I felt attracted to this dosa because of its unique green color. Unable to find a palatable pesarattu on restaurant menus, I often pestered my mom to make this dosa at home. She attempted multiple times to satisfy my requests but found it hard to achieve the proper taste in the pesarattu with products bought from local stores. Once we started using Desika Food products, my mom was able to perfect her recipe and treat me to pesarattu whenever. I hope you will enjoy this recipe!
