Bhel Puri

This is a traditional street snack in North India. In my household, it is a staple dinner item as my family loves it and it is easy to make. Even picky eaters will eat vegetables this way. There are many variations to this recipe, but the one I’ve posted is very simple.

Tips & Tricks:

  • You can microwave the puffed rice for 30 -60 sec for a more crunchier bhel puri

  • My kids eat this with sev on top.

  • If you want, you can add one finely chopped green chili to this bhel puri to make it spicy.

  • I personally like to use Indian Life Tamarind Chutney, as it is Vegan.
